2022 NBA CONFERENCE FINALS

The NBA’s version of the Final 4 is set to start this Tuesday night May 17, 2022 in the Eastern Conference with the No.1 Seed the Miami Heat and the No. 2 Seed the Boston Celtics. Both teams are coming in fully confident and battle tested. I have a feeling that bully ball will be on full display when these two teams collide on game night. Both teams have shown to be quite physical this Playoff run if need be and I personally think the physicality of this series might be the deciding factor. Both teams have big-time players capable of taking over games but it will come down to who can execute when the tough times get rough down the stretch, which makes this series that much more intriguing.

The No. 3 Seed Golden State Warriors have been missing in action the last couple of years but now have worked their way back to the Western Conference and ready to cool off the hot and blazing No. 4 Seed Dallas Mavericks who are fresh from taking out the No. 1 Seed Phoenix Suns in a blowout game 7. Real Talk! The Dallas Boys have been on a tear and definitely feeling themselves on that court as the team to beat. Luka has been playing out of his mind and his squad has kept up the pace right behind him. That said, as hot as the Mavericks have been throughout their Playoff run, the Warriors have been all business. Them Boys have been peaking just as well and at the right time. The Warriors will have to be on 100% to silence them Mavericks Boys cause these guys didn’t come this far to lay down to the Warriors. Both teams got shooters but the Warriors got snipers on deck from all angles. Factor in their experience at this stage in the Playoffs, the Warriors should walk away the victor. That said, I’m absolutely locked in for this series going down Wednesday night May 18, 2022.

Tune In!

2018 NBA Conference Finals

It’s time; the NBA’s version of the Final 4 is now set to start this Sunday May 13, 2018. In the Eastern Conference, since our Canadian team the Toronto Raptors loss focus and got swept 4 zips to the Cleveland Cavaliers’, we now get to enjoy a rematch of last year’s Conference Finals. Boston the No. 2 seed will be looking to avenge their last year showing and attempt to slow down LeBron and his 4th seeded Cavaliers from reaching their 8th Finals appearance. I gotta tip my ”B” hat to both teams. Real talk! The Celtics have stayed alive and legit even without Kyrie Irving and Gordon Haywood in the line-ups in the Playoffs. Reaching the Eastern Conference Finals without your two main stars should be evidence enough on just how serious of a team the Celtics are when faced with adversity. They are a well-coached team with some highly motivated players who are willing and able to ball on a next level if need be. As for the Cavs, losing Kyrie Irving and revamping the team up mid-season, had the Cavs looking shaky in the second half of the season, but when you have LeBron still healthy and determined to prove the skeptics wrong, reaching the Eastern Conference has a way of silencing all the haters. Unbelievable!! It’s hard to count LeBron out when he’s running the show. Real Talk! That being said stay tuned in to see who will be representing the Eastern Conference when it’s all said and done.

This Western Conference may be one of the best shootouts to date. The best of the best. The No. 1 seeded team in the Houston Rockets vs the 2nd seeded Golden State Warriors. A lot has been said about this year Houston Rockets. This team finished the season with a 65-17 record, primed and loaded to challenge the Warriors for that Finals spot. Houston dominated the season all year to have the chance to dethrone the Defending Champs in Golden State Warriors. This series will be a chess match. The Warriors have shooters on deck and so do the Rockets but the Warriors are the more experienced team of the two when it comes to the Western Conference Finals hands down. They both match up well but personally I think a healthy Curry might be the “ace” the Warriors need to take the Rockets out but then again; the addition of Chris Paul and a consistent play of James Harden might be the key to upsetting the Golden State Warriors. With so much scoring and talent on both teams this series will feel like the NBA Finals so tune in to see which team will reign supreme on the Westside!!

On The Watch “It’s All About 2016 NBA CONFERENCE FINALS

For the first time in their NBA existence our team from “Up North” The Toronto Raptors will be entering The NBA’s version of the Final 4 has The No. 2 seed to do battle against the No 1 seeded Cleveland Cavaliers. It took The Raptors two series of Game 7 to reach The Eastern Conference Finals unlike the well-rested Cavs who swept their way through two series awaiting their next prey.

The Raptors have now proven to themselves that they are truly “battle ready” for whatever The Cavs bring to the table come Game night. With that being said The Cavs have been down this road before and they are the hunters looking to slay their next victims as quick as possible. The cohesiveness displayed by The Cavs in this Year Playoffs so far, is a testament of a Team on a mission, destination, The NBA Finals. Who will earn the honor of representing The Eastern Conference? Tune in Tuesday night May 17, 2016.

The No. 1 seeded Team in the NBA throughout the entire season has been The Golden State Warriors. They now hold the NBA Season record of (73-9) and if that wasn’t enough, they also have the reigning 2-time KIA MVP player and first time scoring leader (30.1 points per game) in Stephen Curry. Nuff said! The only thing missing from this Historic Season is another NBA Championship at the end of the tunnel. Their roadblock in the Western Conference Finals is the 3rd seeded Oklahoma City Thunder.

Fresh of dismantling the 2nd seeded San Antonio Spurs; these Kats have demonstrated maturity, willpower and teamwork towards one common goal, an NBA Championship. This series will have a Finals type vibe, must see TV at its BEST. Tune in Monday night May 16, 2016.
